Defect
On certain Vanagon Synchro, out of round fuel filler neck pipe may not seat properly in fuel tank opening. This could result in fuel seepage. Also, fuel tank sending unit cover gasket may be damaged allowing fuel leakage. Both problems could result in a potential fire hazard.

redesigned filler neck pipe will be installed and sending unit gasket will be replaced.
