Defect
On certain vehicles, the fastener that attaches the rear seat belt might have been improperly assembled. If this condition were present, in the event of a vehicle crash with high loads on the belt attachment, the seat belt end fitting could separate and fail to properly restrain the occupant. This would increase the risk of injury.
