Defect

On certain motorcycles, vibration could cause the ignition key to rotate from the "IGN" position to the "ACC" position while the motorcycle is being ridden. This would cause the engine to stall, causing a loss of motive power and increasing the risk of a crash.

Safety Risk

Remedy

Dealers will replace the engine mount bracket assembly and ignition switch knob on affected vehicles.
