The Bentley Continental Flying Spur has 3 recalls covering 2007-2011 model years, with the most serious being a brake rotor screw failure on 2007-2011 vehicles equipped with carbon ceramic brake discs, where the screws that hold the rotors in place can corrode and fail after salt exposure, reducing braking ability. The other two recalls both involve the sunroof glass on 2007-2009 models. On these vehicles, the glass panel can separate from the sunroof frame while driving and fall onto the road, creating a hazard for following traffic. These recalls address the same underlying bonding defect on overlapping model years, with 2007 models falling within the scope of both filings. The brake rotor concern is the only issue affecting the full 2007-2011 span and is limited to vehicles built with the optional carbon ceramic disc package.
