BMW F800 Gs Recalls

The BMW F800 GS has 2 recalls spanning the 2008–2017 model years, the most serious affecting 2013 models where a damaged side-stand switch can allow the engine to run with the side-stand deployed, raising the risk of a crash if the rider pulls away without noticing it is still down.

The second recall covers 2008–2017 models equipped with the optional aluminum luggage cases, where the rear reflex reflectors can be partially blocked by the cases, reducing visibility to following traffic.
