The second recall covers a chain tensioner that was installed on the wrong side of the motorcycle. Because of this misinstallation, the hex nut meant to secure the tensioner does not seat properly, which can allow the tensioner to work loose along with the rear wheel axle, potentially causing the rear wheel to lose its alignment or detach while riding.
