The 2006 model year also has a recall where a damaged anti-lock brake system cable can contact the front forks and cause the ABS to stop functioning. On 2005 models, frequent short trips in cold weather cause condensation to build up in the engine oil via the dry-sump breather, raising the proportion of water in the oil.
