The 2015–2016 model years have a recall involving the passenger seat occupant classification sensor, which can fail to correctly identify the front passenger and cause the passenger-side frontal airbag to not deploy as intended in a crash, leaving that occupant less protected. Across the full 2015–2018 production run, a fuel tank temperature sensor wiring harness can be routed incorrectly, wearing through the wire insulation and causing a short circuit that blows the fuel pump fuse, which can stall the engine while driving.
