2 recalls across 2 model years
The Chrysler Sebring Convertible has 2 recalls, the most serious affecting 2005 models where the right steering knuckle can crack and separate from the upper control arm, causing the driver to lose directional control of the vehicle. On 1996 models equipped with the 2.5L V6 engine, the throttle control cable can fray and cause the throttle to bind or stick, leaving the driver unable to control engine speed and raising the risk of a crash.
