The Ducati F1098S Streetfighter has 1 recall affecting the 2010 model year, where a loose ECU ground screw can cause intermittent erratic engine behavior and stalling, cutting power unexpectedly and raising the risk of a crash depending on traffic and road conditions at the time. When the ground connection is unreliable, the engine's control unit receives inconsistent electrical signals, which can produce unpredictable throttle response or a sudden loss of drive with little warning to the rider.
