The Harley-Davidson CVO Breakout has 1 recall affecting 2016 models, where the hydraulic clutch system can lose the ability to fully disengage the clutch after the motorcycle has sat parked for an extended period, making it difficult or impossible to pull away cleanly from a stop. When the clutch fails to release properly, the rider may be unable to separate the engine from the drivetrain, which can cause the motorcycle to lurch or stall when attempting to ride, raising the risk of a fall or collision. The issue is specific to bikes equipped with a black-coloured clutch master cylinder.
