The Harley-Davidson FLFB has 1 recall affecting 2025-2026 model years, where a blocked breather port in the airbox backplate allows pressure to build inside the crankcase, and removing the oil dipstick on a pressurized engine can eject hot oil from the fill spout and injure whoever is checking the oil.
The fix addresses the blocked port so crankcase pressure can vent normally. The risk is present any time the engine is running or has recently been shut off and the crankcase remains pressurized.
