HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL1200NS Recalls

The Harley-Davidson XL1200NS has 1 recall covering 2019-2021 model years, where the glass bulb inside the headlight assembly can fail and cut out both the high and low beams, leaving the rider with no forward lighting and significantly reduced visibility at night or in low-light conditions. The same headlight assembly was also sold as a replacement part for a range of Sportster, Softail, Dyna, and V-Rod models from 2005 onward, so owners of those bikes who installed aftermarket headlight units during that period may be affected as well.
