HONDA CBR1000S Recalls

The Honda CBR1000S has 1 recall covering 2014 and 2015 model years, where a rear shock absorber can have a damper rod nut that loosens over time, degrading suspension performance and potentially causing loss of vehicle control. When the nut loosens, the shock absorber loses its ability to dampen suspension movement properly, which can make the motorcycle unstable and raise the risk of a crash. The recall covers 2014 models built between December 2013 and March 2014, and 2015 models built between October 2014 and February 2015.
