KAWASAKI Z125 PRO Recalls

The Kawasaki Z125 Pro has 4 recalls covering 2017-2018 model years, with the most serious being a rear shock absorber oil leak on 2017 models where the damper loses function and the motorcycle's handling and stability can deteriorate, raising the risk of a crash. The 2017-2018 model years share a second issue: the engine control unit can have an incorrect fuel injection setting that allows the engine to stall at idle or low speeds, which can catch a rider off guard in traffic. This same stalling behavior was also identified specifically on 2017 models through a separate finding that the engine control programming could be incorrect, producing the same low-speed stall risk.
