6 recalls across 10 model years
The Lamborghini Huracán has 6 recalls spanning the 2015–2024 model years, with the most serious affecting 2020–2022 EVO and STO models where low transmission oil can cause clutch slippage and loss of drive power, and oil leaking onto hot exhaust components can start a fire.
The 2024 model year has a separate issue where the high beam headlights may not activate, reducing visibility at night or in low-light conditions. Across the full 2015–2024 production run, headlights on certain vehicles may be incorrectly aimed, reducing visibility for oncoming drivers. Going back to 2015–2020 models, missing caps over the low-beam headlight adjustment screws can allow the aim to shift over time, with the same result.
On 2022 EVO and STO vehicles, the driver-side exterior door handle may not be properly assembled, preventing the door from being opened from outside the car, which could trap an occupant during an emergency. The 2018–2021 model years have a software issue in the infotainment system that can prevent the rearview camera from displaying an image when temperatures drop below 41°F, reducing rear visibility while backing up.
