LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 Recalls

The Land Rover Defender 110 has 1 recall affecting the 1993 model year, where exhaust manifold nuts can lose their clamping force over time, allowing exhaust gases to leak from the joint between the downpipe and the manifold. A leak at this joint can expose the engine compartment to hot exhaust gases and bring them closer to wiring, fuel lines, and other heat-sensitive components. The leak can also allow exhaust fumes to enter the cabin, and the vehicle may no longer meet Canadian exhaust emissions standards.
