LEXUS LS460 Recalls

The Lexus LS460 has 1 recall affecting 2009-2010 model years, where the electric power steering system's protection logic can activate incorrectly and cause the steering wheel to sit as much as 90 degrees off-center, meaning the wheel points significantly to one side even when the car is traveling straight. When this occurs, the driver's steering inputs no longer correspond correctly to the direction of the front wheels, making the car harder to control and increasing the risk of drifting out of the intended lane.
