The Lexus NX 450H has 2 recalls, both affecting 2022 models, with the most serious involving missing body welds near the front shock absorber mounts that can cause the mounting area to crack and eventually allow a shock absorber to separate, triggering a sudden loss of vehicle stability and raising the risk of a crash. The second recall affects 2022 models equipped with the panoramic view monitor system, where a software fault can cause the rearview camera image to freeze or fail to appear when the transmission is shifted into reverse, reducing the driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up.
