LEXUS RX 400H Recalls

The Lexus RX 400h has 3 recalls covering the 2006 and 2004 model years, with the most serious being a hybrid inverter control board failure on 2006 models that can trigger multiple warning lights simultaneously, including the brake system warning, while the vehicle is moving. On 2004 models, floor carpet cover retaining clips in front of the center console can work loose. If both clips detach, the cover can shift toward the accelerator pedal and physically interfere with the pedal rod, potentially affecting throttle control.
