LINCOLN MARK LT Recalls

The Lincoln Mark LT has 1 recall affecting the 2005 model year, where the brake booster vacuum supply hose can swell and pull free from the intake manifold fitting on vehicles with the 5.4L 3-valve engine, reducing brake assist and requiring greater pedal force to slow the vehicle. If the hose detaches during an intake manifold backfire, the brake booster loses its vacuum supply, and the brakes can feel significantly harder to press, increasing stopping distances.
