3 recalls across 3 model years
The Maserati GranTurismo Convertible has 3 recalls spanning the 2008-2016 production run, with the most serious affecting 2016 models where a fuel delivery line that lacks corrosion protection can develop leaks and, near an ignition source, start a fire.
The 2012 model year has a tire pressure monitoring system that can malfunction and stop reporting low tire pressure, which can reduce traction or allow tire temperatures to build to the point of failure. On 2008 models, a faulty printed circuit board in the tail lamp assembly can cause one or both rear brake and tail lights to stop working, leaving following drivers without warning of braking or the vehicle's presence in low-light conditions.
