3 recalls across 3 model years
The Maserati GranTurismo Convertible has 3 recalls spanning 2008 to 2016, with the most serious affecting 2016 models, where fuel delivery lines that lack corrosion protection can rust through, leak fuel, and start a fire if an ignition source is nearby.
The 2012 model year has a tire pressure monitoring system that can malfunction and fail to warn the driver of low tire pressure, which can reduce traction or allow tire temperatures to build until the tire fails. The 2008 model year has a faulty circuit board in the rear tail and brake lamp assembly that can cause one side of the rear lights to go dark, leaving other drivers without a clear signal of braking or vehicle presence at night.
