3 recalls across 2 model years
The Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e 4MATIC has 3 recalls covering 2025-2026 model years, the most serious being a steering coupling bolt on 2025 models that may not have been fully tightened, allowing the coupling to work loose from the steering rack and cause a sudden loss of steering control.
On 2025 models equipped with a panoramic sunroof, the C-pillar behind the rear seats may not absorb enough energy in a crash where a rear occupant's head strikes it, raising the risk of head injury. The 2025-2026 model years also have an infotainment control unit that can reset while driving, blanking the instrument panel display and removing the speedometer and warning lights from view.
