The Porsche 911 Carrera S has 1 recall affecting 2012 model years built between late October 2011 and late January 2012, where a coolant line and fuel line run close enough together that the fuel line can pull free at its connector, causing a fuel leak that leads to engine misfiring or stalling and raises the risk of a crash. When the fuel line disconnects, leaking fuel near hot engine components also creates a fire risk. The stall can occur without warning, leaving the driver with reduced power steering and braking assist while the engine is off.
