The Porsche Panamera 4S Sport Turismo has 4 recalls covering 2018–2021 model years, with the most serious being a coolant pump electrical fault on 2018–2021 vehicles where humidity enters the climate control system's external coolant pump, causes a short circuit, and can start a fire.

The 2018 model year carries three additional recalls. The rear suspension on certain 2018 trims, including the 4S Sport Turismo, can develop a fault that unexpectedly changes the vehicle's handling behavior, raising the risk of a crash. There is also an electrical system issue on 2018 models where a fault can impair driveability and make the vehicle difficult to control. Rounding out the 2018 concerns, a brake pad wear indicator can fail to alert the driver when the pads are worn down, meaning the brakes may not perform as expected and the driver loses the warning needed to stop safely.
