The Porsche Panamera Turbo Executive has 4 recalls covering 2017-2020 model years, with the most serious being a climate control coolant pump on 2017-2020 vehicles that can allow humidity inside and cause an electrical short circuit, raising the risk of a vehicle fire.

On 2017-2018 models, a rear suspension defect can alter the vehicle's handling unexpectedly, making the car respond unpredictably and increasing crash risk. That same year range also has a brake pad wear sensor issue where the driver may not receive an alert when the pads are worn down, allowing metal-on-metal contact and reduced braking effectiveness with no warning. On 2018 models only, an electrical system fault can impair driveability, which can affect the driver's ability to control the vehicle in traffic.
