4 recalls across 4 model years
The Porsche Panamera Turbo Executive has 4 recalls covering 2017 through 2020, with the most serious being a coolant pump electrical fault on 2017-2020 models where humidity enters the climate control system's external coolant pump, causes a short circuit, and can start a vehicle fire.
The 2017-2018 model years share two additional recalls. A rear suspension defect can produce an unexpected change in handling, raising the risk of a crash. There is also a brake pad wear indicator fault where the driver receives no alert when pads are worn down to the point that braking effectiveness is compromised, which can make the vehicle difficult to stop. On 2018 models specifically, an electrical system fault can impair driveability in a way that raises crash risk.
