SCION TC Recalls

The Scion tC has 2 recalls across its 2010–2015 production run, with the most serious affecting 2015 models equipped with the optional Release Series 9 accessory coil springs, where rear suspension arms can detach from improperly tightened components and cause a loss of vehicle control. On 2010 models fitted with the accessory Toyota Racing Development brake kit, the stainless steel braided front brake hoses can fatigue over time, develop a leak, and cause a sudden drop in brake fluid that extends stopping distances.
