When the shift lever is placed in park, the linkage adjustment can leave the transmission short of a fully engaged park position, meaning the vehicle has no mechanical hold against movement. The third recall affects 1989 models only and involves the front parking and side marker lamp reflectors, which do not meet the required photometric output, reducing the vehicle's visibility to other drivers in low-light conditions.
