The Triumph Bonneville T120 Black has 3 recalls covering 2016 through 2024 model years, with the most serious affecting 2022-2024 models where wiring between the alternator and the main harness connector can short circuit and overheat, raising the risk of fire or a crash.
On the older end of the production run, 2016-2019 models have a clutch cable that can rub against the main harness cover and wear through the wiring inside. If the wiring degrades enough, the headlight or turn signals can fail, or the engine can stall unexpectedly.
