2 recalls across 1 model year
The Triumph Thunderbird has 2 recalls, both affecting 2010 models, where front fender mounting screws can loosen and contact the front tire's sidewall, deflating the tire and causing the rider to lose control.
Both recalls describe the same underlying defect: the fender fasteners work loose until the screw heads rub against the front tire sidewall, wearing through it and causing deflation. This applies to all 2010 Thunderbird and Thunderbird ABS models produced between September 2009 and August 2010.
