The Victory High Ball has 1 recall affecting the 2012 model year, where throttle cable retention nuts can loosen and prevent the throttle from opening or closing normally, potentially cutting engine power or making it difficult to slow the motorcycle without using the clutch lever. When the throttle sticks open, the rider cannot reduce speed by simply releasing the grip and must rely on the clutch to disengage the engine. If the throttle jams closed instead, the engine loses drive power unexpectedly. Either condition can create a dangerous situation, particularly at speed or in traffic.
