The Victory High Ball has 2 recalls covering the 2012 through 2014 model years, with the most serious being a fuel pump that can seize and stall the motorcycle on 2013-2014 models, raising the risk of a crash. The 2012 model year has a separate issue where throttle cable retention nuts may not have been fully tightened at the factory, causing the throttle to stick open or fail to close properly. When that happens, the motorcycle may not slow or stop normally unless the rider depresses the clutch lever.
