The Zero DSRP has 3 recalls covering the 2024-2025 model years, the most serious being a front brake hose that can twist and become damaged, leaking brake fluid and reducing braking ability to the point of losing control.
Recalls 1 and 2 describe the same front brake hose issue and together cover both 2024 and 2025 model years. On the electrical side, certain 2024 models have key switch signal wires that are routed in a way that allows them to break, cutting drive power unexpectedly while riding.
