The BRP Sea-Doo Advanced Tec has 1 recall affecting 2010 model year trailers, where the front latching mechanism (called the iCatch) can be misadjusted and fail to properly hold the personal watercraft on the trailer, allowing it to slide off during transport and creating a crash risk for other vehicles on the road. If the rear straps are also not securing the back of the watercraft, there is no redundant retention keeping it on the trailer. The recall covers trailers manufactured between December 10, 2009 and March 22, 2010.
