The Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale has 2 recalls, both affecting 2018 models and both involving fuel system defects that can result in fuel escaping near potential ignition sources and causing a fire. The first issue involves a fuel cap that may not vent properly, allowing pressure to build in the tank so that fuel sprays out when the cap is opened. The second involves a damaged O-ring in the fuel tank's internal breathing valve, which can allow fuel to leak from the tank. Both defects affect only 2018 production.
