The 2018 Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale has two recalls, both involving fuel system defects that can allow fuel to escape and ignite near a heat or spark source. One issue involves the fuel cap vent, which may not release pressure properly, causing fuel to spray out when the cap is opened. The other involves a damaged O-ring inside the fuel tank's internal breathing valve, which can allow fuel to leak from the tank. Both conditions raise the risk of fire.
