DUCATI SUPERSPORT Recalls

The Ducati Supersport has 5 recalls covering the 2016-2020 production run, with the most serious affecting 2017-2018 models where fuel system hoses routed near the exhaust manifold can melt, leak fuel, and cause a fire. The rear brake system on 2016-2020 models can allow air to enter the hydraulic circuit, reducing braking force and lengthening stopping distances. On 2017-2019 models, the gear shift knob can detach from the shift lever, leaving the rider unable to change gears while moving. There is also a rearview mirror issue on 2017-2019 models where engine vibration distorts the mirror image enough to meaningfully reduce rearward visibility.
