2017 DUCATI SUPERSPORT Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2017 Ducati Supersport has 5 recalls, the most serious involving fuel and coolant hoses routed too close to the exhaust manifold, where they can melt and leak fuel, raising the risk of a fire. On the braking side, air can work its way into the rear brake hydraulic system, reducing stopping power and extending the distance needed to bring the bike to a halt. The gear shift lever may also have been incorrectly assembled, allowing the shift knob to detach while riding and leaving the rider unable to change gears. The mirrors on certain models can vibrate enough to distort the rear view, making it harder to see traffic behind the bike.
