A glass moonroof that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the date code of the moonroof glass. It will be replaced if necessary.
On certain vehicles, the hinge covers for the liftgate may not have been properly attached. As a result, the cover(s) could loosen and detach from the vehicle.

Parts that detach from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and secure or replace the liftgate hinge covers, as necessary.
On a small number of vehicles, the bolts that secure the left and right rear seat belts or the locking brackets for the rear bench seat backrest may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could loosen and damage the seat belt webbing(s). Additionally, loose cargo in the luggage compartment could contact and move the rear bench seat backrest in a crash.
Safety Risk
A seat belt that doesn't work properly and/or a seat backrest that moves could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Additionally, cargo that moves in a crash could create a risk of injury.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Rolls-Royce recommends not using the rear seats to transport passengers or carrying cargo in the luggage compartment until the recall repairs have been completed. Rolls-Royce will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten or replace the bolts. Additionally, the dealer will inspect and, if necessary, replace the left and right rear seat belts.
On certain vehicles, the side trim(s) on the panoramic sunroof may not be properly attached. As a result, the trim(s) could loosen and separate from the vehicle.

Trim that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to secure the panoramic roof side trims.
On certain vehicles, water could leak into the rear door handle(s) and cause the door opener switch(es) to short circuit. If this happens, the rear door(s) could open unexpectedly while driving.
Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-228. Vehicles repaired under that recall also require this repair.

To reduce the safety risk, Toyota recommends that you enable the automatic door locking function through the vehicle's head unit. Toyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to modify the rear door switch circuits.
On certain vehicles, the door strikers may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the strikers could break and allow the doors to open while driving or in a crash.

On certain motorcycles, the side stand spring could break. If this happens, the side stand could fall or open suddenly while riding and cause the engine to stall.

KTM will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to install a new side stand spring and sensor plate.

Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange for an inspection of the off-road light bar. Tesla Service will add additional fasteners to secure the light bar or, if necessary, replace the light bar and ensure that it's properly secured.
On certain vehicles, the moonroof wind deflector may not have been attached properly. As a result, the deflector could detach from the vehicle.

On certain vehicles, the left and right rear quarter glass trims may not have been secured properly. As a result, the trim(s) could loosen and separate from the vehicle.

On certain trucks, the interior door handle cables may not have been installed properly in the door latches. As a result, the doors may not be able to be opened from inside.
