The fuel hose issue stems from service procedures where lifting the front of the fuel tank too far stresses the hose internally in a way that leaves no visible damage but eventually causes it to crack and spray fuel. The other two recalls describe the same underlying clutch defect: on 2000 models, slipping the clutch at high rpm during aggressive starts can cause strong vibration in the clutch disc that cracks and breaks apart sections of the clutch outer, potentially sending fragments loose inside the engine casing.
