HONDA VT750 Recalls

The Honda VT750 has 3 recalls covering 2010 through 2016 model years, with the most widespread concern being a bank angle sensor wiring issue on 2010-2016 models where engine vibration causes the sensor wire to rub against a connector, losing its signal and stalling the engine while riding. The 2010 and 2011 model years share a related but separate issue: the bank angle sensor itself can be incorrectly manufactured, producing a false reading that also cuts the engine without warning. Both sensor-related defects carry the same real-world risk of an unexpected stall in traffic. On 2013-2016 models, a starter relay switch may have had sealant improperly applied during assembly, which can cause a loss of electrical power and engine stall.
