3 recalls across 7 model years
The Honda VT750 has 3 recalls covering 2010 through 2016 model years, with the most serious being a wiring defect on 2011-2016 models where engine vibration causes the bank angle sensor wire to chafe against a harness connector, cutting off the sensor signal and potentially stalling the engine while riding.
The 2010-2011 model years have a related but separate bank angle sensor issue: the sensor itself can be incorrectly manufactured, producing a faulty reading that also stalls the engine while riding. On 2014-2015 models, incorrectly applied sealant on the starter relay switch can cause a loss of electrical power, which can likewise kill the engine while in motion.
