Defect
On certain scooters, the nut holding the swingarm to the frame may not have been tightened to specification. This could result in the swingarm becoming loose, which could affect vehicle handling and stability and could result in loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.

Dealers will ensure the nut is tightened to specification, and replace the bolt/nut assembly as necessary.
