If the arm pulls free, the driver loses directional control of the vehicle. This recall applies to vehicles equipped with 16-inch or 17-inch wheels, and both standard and hybrid Camry models are affected. On the fuel side, the end cap on the right-hand fuel delivery pipe in the engine compartment may not be properly sealed. A loose or failed cap can allow raw fuel to escape near hot engine components or other ignition sources, raising the risk of an underhood fire.
