The 2025 Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid has 2 recalls, both affecting what the driver can see: one involving the instrument panel and one involving the rearview camera.
In the first, a software issue can cause the instrument panel display to go blank or fail to show critical information while driving, such as speed or warning indicators, removing data the driver normally relies on. In the second, vehicles equipped with the Panoramic View Monitor system may experience a frozen or blank rearview camera screen when the transmission is shifted into reverse, reducing the driver's view of what is directly behind the vehicle while backing up.
