On the third row, this recall only applies to hybrid models: seatback bolts may not be tightened to the correct specification, which can allow the seatback to give way in a crash and fail to hold the occupant in place. On the electronics side, a software issue in the stability control system can cause it to deactivate unexpectedly, reducing the vehicle's ability to maintain control during sharp maneuvers or slippery conditions.
