3 recalls across 2 model years
The Triumph Street Cup has 3 recalls covering the 2017–2018 model years, with the most serious being a clutch cable that can rub against the main wiring harness cover and damage internal wiring, potentially causing the headlight or turn signals to fail or the engine to stall while riding.
The other two recalls both involve the hazard warning light wiring on 2017–2018 models. The wiring harness for the hazard lights can be pulled and strained during normal handlebar movement, eventually pulling loose from its connector and leaving the hazard lights non-functional. A rider who needs to signal a stopped or disabled motorcycle would have no flashing warning lights available, reducing visibility to other traffic.
