Defect

Certain vehicles may fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 202 - Head Restraints. The head restraint backset may exceed the maximum measurement limit of 55cm specified in the standard. In the event of a crash, this could increase the risk of injury to the seat occupant.

Dealers will replace the head restraints.
