Defect

On certain vehicles, the plastic socket for the stop/tail light bulb in the rear combination lamps may not have been molded properly resulting in loss of dimensional stability over time. This could cause a change in the dimensions of the socket lock tabs and could result in the bulb falling out of the socket when the rear hatch or tailgate is closed.

Safety Risk

Remedy

Bulb sockets will be replaced.
