The 2007 Bugatti Veyron has 3 recalls, the most serious involving corrosion on the positive battery cable and its connection to the alternator, which can cause the cable to overheat and start a fire. The body structure recall covers jacking plates underneath the vehicle that can separate while driving and become a road hazard, with the potential to strike other vehicles. There is also a fuel system concern where the fuel gauge can read higher than the actual level in the tank, leaving the driver unaware the car is nearly empty and risking an unexpected stall on the road.
