2012 CADILLAC SRX Recalls — Canada & USA

These two recalls describe the same underlying defect. I'll treat them as one issue. The 2012 Cadillac SRX has 2 recalls, both concerning a rear suspension toe link that was not tightened to the proper specification and can loosen, separate, and cause a sudden loss of vehicle control. When the toe link loosens or breaks free, the rear wheel loses its alignment anchor and can shift unpredictably, making the vehicle difficult or impossible to steer. Both recalls address the same rear suspension component, so this is a single issue affecting the rear toe adjuster link and its locking nut.
