2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty

The 2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty has two recalls, the more serious being a software issue that causes the wrong camera view to appear while reversing, reducing the driver's ability to see what is directly behind the truck.

On trucks equipped with the Pro Trailer Hitch Assist feature, a hitch or trailer camera image can appear on screen instead of the standard rearview image when backing up, which limits rear visibility. The other recall covers the automatic window reversal system: when a window is closing, it may not detect an obstruction and fail to stop or reverse, which can pinch a hand or other object caught in the closing gap.
